GHV Infra Wins Rs. 2,000 Cr Malad PAP & Police Housing EPC

GHV Infra Projects has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Valor Estate for its appointment as the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) partner for the PAP & Police Housing Project in Malad (East), Mumbai.

The project, valued at Rs. 2,000 crore, will be executed over a period of 60 months from the commencement date. The development is a significant milestone for GHV Infra, strengthening its portfolio in urban infrastructure and housing projects. The Malad initiative is specifically designed to provide housing for Project Affected Persons (PAPs) and police personnel, addressing critical social and civic accommodation needs in one of Mumbai’s key suburban areas.
