GHD Sky Park Launches Branded Residences in South Goa

GHD Group has announced the launch of GHD Sky Park, a premium branded residential development integrated with managed serviced apartments operated by Royal Orchid Beach Resort & Spa, located at Fatorda, Madgaon, South Goa.

The project will be developed over an approximate 3.5 lakh sq. ft. developable area, comprising a basement plus nine floors. GHD Sky Park will be executed in two phases, with construction scheduled to commence in January 2026 and overall completion targeted by December 2029. The total investment is estimated at Rs. 180 crore, while the project is expected to generate an overall value and return potential of approximately Rs. 380–400 crore, underscoring its strong commercial outlook.
