Gaurs Group Launches 1,900 Crore Housing Project

Gaurs Group has launched Gaur Alaris, a premium residential project on the Yamuna Expressway with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,900 crore. Spread across 11.8 acres in Sector 22D, the project comprises 1,088 apartments and aims to capitalise on rising housing demand driven by the upcoming Noida International Airport and expanding regional infrastructure.

Real estate developer Gaurs Group has launched Gaur Alaris, a premium residential project on the Yamuna Expressway in Delhi-NCR, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,900 crore. 

Located in Sector 22D, the project is designed to cater to the growing demand for premium housing in one of the region's fastest-developing real estate corridors. The launch reflects the company's continued expansion in the National Capital Region amid increasing buyer interest in well-connected residential destinations.

Spread across 11.8 acres, Gaur Alaris will feature 1,088 apartments with modern layouts, landscaped open spaces, and lifestyle amenities aimed at homebuyers seeking premium urban living. According to the company, the project is expected to generate sales realisation of around ₹1,900 crore, highlighting strong confidence in the long-term growth prospects of the Yamuna Expressway region.

The Yamuna Expressway has emerged as a key residential and commercial hub, supported by large-scale infrastructure projects such as the Noida International Airport, improved road connectivity, industrial developments, and proposed logistics and manufacturing clusters.
