
Garuda Construction and Engineering has secured a work order worth approximately Rs. 1,416 crore in Mumbai, marking a major milestone in its growth trajectory.
The project, titled ‘Powai Heights’, involves the development and construction of a premium residential complex featuring three luxury towers located in Chandivali, Ghatkopar (Taluka).
The contract carries a completion timeline of 60 months from the date of agreement and will be executed with a strong focus on structural excellence, sustainable design, and timely delivery.

With this win, Garuda Construction’s total order book now stands at Rs. 4,876.78 crore, reflecting its increasing footprint in India’s civil engineering and real estate infrastructure space.
