
Fortune Primero, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer with over three decades of experience in commercial property development, has received RERA approval for its debut residential project, Seven Sarjapur, located on the Sarjapur–Attibele corridor in East Bengaluru.
This launch marks the company’s significant entry into the residential real estate segment after decades focused on commercial assets.
Spanning 15 acres, the Seven Sarjapur development has been master-planned with 85% open spaces, blending expansive greenery with urban living.
Key Highlights
Of the total land, approximately 11 acres are allocated for residential towers, while the remaining 4 acres are designated for a commercial and retail hub, creating a self-sustained environment that integrates living, work, and lifestyle within one community.

The project will offer a mix of 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences in a modern high-rise residential community designed to cater to families, professionals, and urban homebuyers. A distinctive design feature of the community is the inclusion of six architecturally designed skybridges that connect the towers. These skybridges — themed around global cities such as Kyoto, London, Singapore, Norway, Seoul, and New York — are envisioned as experiential lifestyle spaces with landscaped walkways, leisure zones, and panoramic viewing decks that encourage social interaction and community engagement.
Unit allocation for buyers who have submitted Expressions of Interest (EOIs) is scheduled for 7 and 8 March 2026. The company stated that more than 400 families have registered interest so far, indicating strong early demand for the project. Following the allocation process, a revised pricing structure is expected to be implemented from 9 March 2026.
Seven Sarjapur sits within a broader surge of residential development along the Sarjapur-Attibele Road corridor, which has become one of East Bengaluru’s fastest-growing residential and investment hubs due to proximity to major employment centres, IT corridors, and infrastructure expansion. Nearby residential launches and RERA-approved projects in the area demonstrate robust market interest in the region’s housing demand.
