Experion Developers Plans Rs 1,500 Cr Noida Luxury Project

Experion Developers, a subsidiary of Experion Holdings Pte Limited Singapore, has officially announced the launch of a high-end residential project called "Saatori" in Sector 151, Noida, with an investment of Rs 1,500 Crores.

The project consists of three standalone buildings with G+38 floors on a five-acre site and features only four (4) residences per core in the building for privacy.

Saatori has been strategically located at the entrance of the Noida - Greater Noida Expressway in close proximity to the Sector 148 Metro Station and many of the major corporate hubs, such as Microsoft, IBM and Tata Consultancy Services.

Saatori includes more than 1.5 lakh square feet of common area consisting of wellness pools, spa, sauna and all developed to promote holistic wellbeing.

Sector 151 is becoming a premium residential area as a result of improvement to the infrastructure, including an international standard golf course in Sector 152, and enhanced connectivity.
