Bengaluru realty developer Embassy Development Ltd has said its high-end plotted development, Paradiso, in the Embassy Springs township in North Bengaluru, sold out, garnering pre-sales worth Rs.204 crore. The company revealed this in a September 9 regulatory filing.
Stretched across 6.4 acres, the project boasts large-format plots from 4,300 to 4,800 sq ft, with prices beginning at Rs.4.3 crore.
The offering lured high-net-worth individuals and new-age buyers who sought premium, low-density, and infrastructure-ready communities.
Positioned only 15 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport, Embassy Springs is a 2016-launched integrated township with 45 acres of green cover, a school, wellness zones, senior living facilities, and an 18-km internal road network.
Key highlights:
"The rapid sell-out of Paradiso captures two trends in the housing market: increasing demand for plotted living in well-planned communities and continued interest in North Bengaluru as a future-proofed hub. Today's customers desire something more than an apartment; they are looking for space, flexibility, community amenities, and long-term appreciation." observed Shailendra Subbaraya, Chief Operating Officer – South, Embassy Developments Ltd.

The firm is also growing in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Embassy inked a joint development agreement (JDA) for a 17.9-acre project in June that will yield 1,000 apartments with a gross development value (GDV) estimate of Rs.1,600 crore. The other 3.75-acre JDA inked in February will provide 400 apartments across 5.4 lakh sq ft.
