Embassy Developments Hands Over Six Legacy Projects

Embassy Developments, a leading Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has successfully completed and handed over six long-pending legacy residential projects across Mumbai, Thane, Gurugram, and Visakhapatnam, marking a major milestone in customer delivery and governance.

With Occupation Certificates (OCs) now secured, over 3,000 families have finally received possession of their homes after years of uncertainty. In Mumbai, Embassy delivered Blu Estate & Club in Worli (374 residences across 10.8 acres) and Sky Forest in Lower Parel (438 residences over 4.4 acres), both of which have obtained OCs and are in final handover stages.

In Thane, the One Indiabulls project (388 residences across 2.6 acres) received its first OC in May 2025, with possessions currently underway.

In Visakhapatnam, the Indiabulls Sierra project (620 homes over 4.8 acres) is now complete and families have begun moving in under EDL’s supervision. Meanwhile, in Gurugram, two significant projects—Enigma (480 residences, 19.9 acres) and Centrum Park (1,025 residences, 22 acres)—have reached completion, with Centrum Park now operating as a fully self-governed community.
