
The alliance between Egypt and Italy plans to launch major development initiatives which will create projects worth $10 billion across Egypt and important Gulf region markets. The alliance combines Egyptian local knowledge with Italian design expertise to create comprehensive development solutions for residential, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
The collaboration aims to establish a new method of operation which combines design, engineering and project execution work instead of using standard consultancy methods.
The alliance aims to improve efficiency through Italian design excellence and Egyptian execution capabilities which will also make their large-scale projects move faster and achieve better quality results.
The partnership intends to complete approximately 150 projects during the next three years, while most of its funding resources will go to Gulf nations, especially Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

The development plan for the region includes residential buildings, commercial high-rise structures, hotel establishments, and tourism development projects, which show the rising need for urban development and hospitality facilities in the area.
The alliance in Egypt will focus its efforts on developing major urban growth areas that include East Cairo and the New Administrative Capital which will consist of integrated communities and high-rise buildings.
The partnership has already secured several hospitality contracts which include hotel developments in Egypt and Saudi Arabia to strengthen its regional presence.
The initiative focuses on two main areas of sustainability and innovation through its dedication to green building methods and energy-efficient systems and its implementation of advanced technologies like artificial intelligence in design and construction.
