Dusit International Hits Record With 24 Hotel Signings in 2025

Dusit International

Dusit International has delivered the strongest development performance in its history, completing 24 hotel signings in 2025, marking an all-time high for the Thailand-based hospitality group. This milestone has significantly expanded Dusit’s global hotel development pipeline, strengthening its presence across Asia, the Middle East, and other key international markets.

The company noted that this achievement came amid rising development costs and evolving investor expectations, underlining a disciplined and quality-driven growth strategy. Rather than pursuing rapid expansion, Dusit International has prioritised conversions and brownfield projects, enabling faster project delivery, lower risk, and earlier investment returns.

Key Highlights

  • Dusit International records 24 hotel signings, its highest ever in one year
  • Global pipeline crosses 50 hotels with strong openings planned for 2026
  • Focus on conversions and brownfield projects drives faster returns

The year also marked Dusit’s entry into Indonesia and deeper expansion across Japan, India, the Maldives, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines, reinforcing its global hospitality footprint.

According to Siradej Donavanik, Vice President – Development (Global), the company’s strategy focuses on aligning the right assets, right locations, and right brands to unlock long-term value through new-builds, conversions, and mixed-use developments. Chanin Donavanik, Group CEO, added that the momentum in 2025 reflects Dusit’s commitment to building a resilient, high-quality portfolio capable of performing across market cycles.
