DLF Clocks Rs 11,000 Cr Sales from Privana North Launch

DLF

DLF Ltd, India's biggest publicly traded developer, has sold all its units at its latest luxury residential community - DLF Privana North in Gurugram - just one week after launching the community, thereby indicating continued demand for high-end housing in urban centres.

DLF Privana North comprises 1,152 four-bedroom apartments and 12 penthouses on 17.7 acres within DLF Privana, which spans 116 acres across sectors 76 and 77. Apartments were offered at an average price of Rs 9.5 crore each while penthouses were priced at approximately Rs 25 crore.

Key Highlights

  • DLF Privana North sells out in a week with Rs 11,000 crore bookings
  • Strong luxury housing demand from domestic and NRI buyers
  • DLF guides Rs 20,000–22,000 crore sales for FY26

DLF reports that high-net-worth domestic investors and non-resident Indians are showing strong interest in both types of housing.

This strong response to this launch comes shortly after the successful sales of DLF Privana West and DLF Privana South, which combined for approximately Rs 12,800 crore in sales last year, and continues to highlight DLF’s dominance in the luxury housing market of Gurugram.

DLF is expected to continue expanding into other large urban centres, including Mumbai and Goa during this fiscal period.

DLF reported record bookings of Rs 21,223 crore for FY25, an increase of 44% year on year, and has set a sales target of Rs 20,000-22,000 crore for FY26, with plans for future launches including its next phase of The Dahlias project.
