Crest Ventures, Vensco to Develop Rs. 1,850 Cr Chembur Project

Mumbai-based Crest Ventures, which operates across financial services and real estate, has partnered with Vensco Projects to develop a premium mixed-use real estate project in Chembur, Mumbai, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs. 1,850 crore.

The project will be undertaken through Crest Ventures’ subsidiary, Crest Urban Living, which has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with Vensco Projects LLP.

According to a statement issued on January 10, 2026, the proposed development will be a luxury mixed-use residential project spread across a land parcel measuring around 2.5 acres.

The development is planned to offer a total saleable area of nearly 5 lakh square feet, positioning it as a significant premium residential and mixed-use offering in the eastern Mumbai suburb of Chembur. While the company disclosed the projected sales value, it did not reveal the total investment outlay required for the project.

Crest Ventures continues to expand its real estate footprint and is currently developing multiple housing projects across Mumbai and other parts of India. To date, the company has delivered over 10 million square feet of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across major Indian cities.
