Conscient Awards Rs. 350 Cr Elaira Project Contract to NCC

Conscient Infrastructure has awarded a Rs. 350 crore construction contract to NCC for the development of Elaira Residences, a luxury residential project located in Sector 80, Gurugram.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in Conscient’s premium housing portfolio, reinforcing its commitment to high-quality, design-led urban living.

The contract includes the construction of 540 luxury residences spread across 5.6 acres, forming a key component of the Elaira master development. In Phase 1, 268 apartments were launched and successfully sold, reflecting strong market demand for the project’s upscale offerings.
