
Clarissa Resorts has confirmed a strategic alliance with Treebo Hotels, one of India's rapidly expanding hotel brands, for its Clarissa Resort Goa property. Under the partnership, Treebo will be the exclusive Sales & Marketing Partner, while Clarissa will continue to independently operate all the management, operations, and onsite guest experience of the resort.
The partnership combines Treebo's technological expertise and digital infrastructure, to provide "smarter pricing," analytical visibility, and ease of booking to clarify guests.
Currently the Clarissa Resort Goa consists of 16 boutique rooms, with occupancy of 55–60 per cent.
Key highlights
Following this agreement, occupancies are expected to grow to 75–85 per cent occupancy in the next two to three quarters, driven by Treebo's sales team and advanced integrations driven by tenants, and adjusted pricing. Guests will also be able to access a loyalty program, festival specials, and one-click booking, all available through Treebo's website or mobile application.
