Brigade Group Leases 1.56 Lakh Sq Ft to Two Global Firms in Bengaluru

Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Group has leased over 1.56 lakh square feet of premium office space at its Brigade Twin Towers project in Yeswanthpur to two multinational companies, the company announced on March 3, 2026.

The leased space has been taken up by MANN+HUMMEL Filter Private Ltd, the Indian arm of the German filtration technology leader MANN+HUMMEL, and Labcorp, a global provider of laboratory and research services.

MANN+HUMMEL said the move aligns with its focus on innovation and sustainability.

Its new workspace is designed to encourage cross-functional collaboration, enhancing team productivity. Labcorp noted that the modern campus environment and world-class infrastructure will support its expanding research operations in India and enhance employee experience.

Brigade Group currently manages over 10 million sq ft of office space across India, with upcoming developments planned in cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, and Kochi, reflecting the company’s expanding footprint in the commercial real estate sector.

Earlier, Brigade signed a lease for a 7-acre prime site in Chennai to develop a mixed-use destination featuring over 1 million sq ft of Grade A office space and a 225-key 5-star deluxe hotel on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), one of the city’s key commercial corridors.
