
Quattro, the day restaurant at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, Hotel Conventions Residences, together with renowned Chef Sonali Chatterji, will be presenting a four-day Bengali Food Festival from 29th September to 2nd October 2025. The festival will include specially curated dinners culminating in a special Dashami brunch on 2nd October, marking Bengal's gastronomic heritage prior to Durga Puja.
Sonali Chatterji, founder of Paanch Phoran by Sonali, is a renowned culinary consultant specialising in Bengali cuisine. “This festival is an opportunity to bring authentic Bengali flavours to Bengaluru while creating an immersive experience that captures the spirit of Durga Puja,” said Chatterji. “We’ve curated dishes that honour tradition while adding a contemporary touch for today’s discerning diners.”

Menu highlights include non-vegetarian favorites like Kosha Mangsho and vegetarian classics like Luchi with Aloo Dum. Seafood lovers are served Bhetki Paturi and Chingri Malai Curry, and desserts include traditional Bengali fare like Rasgulla, Mishti Doi, and Baked Rosogulla.
Guests will also have the benefit of a Bengali-themed atmosphere with interior decor, music, and warm hospitality echoing the Bengal culture. "At Quattro, we seek to provide regional authenticity with luxury and comfort of our dining experience," stated a spokesperson for The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru.
