ASK Property & Clarks' Amavi Launch Rs 500 Cr Equity Platform

ASK​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Property Fund and India Sotheby’s International Realty (India SIR) have together created a Rs 500 crore equity investment platform with Amavi by Clarks for luxury housing projects in the most luxurious second-home locations in India.

This platform is a part of ASK Curated Luxury Assets Fund-I (CLAF-I), a Category II Alternative Investment Fund registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The companies said that the new equity platform would mainly invest in luxury branded second homes in popular vacation leisure destinations such as hill stations, lake areas, and spiritual centers.

Amit Bhagat, Co-Founder, CEO and MD of ASK Property Fund, said that luxury second homes in India are the trend among ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and the new platform is ready to exploit that demand. He pointed out that branded and hospitality-led luxury assets are becoming an attractive value proposition for wealthy buyers who are looking for both lifestyle benefits and long-term appreciation.

Amit Goyal, Managing Director of India Sotheby’s International Realty, said the project would be a perfect match combining the company’s knowledge of the luxury client, ASK’s investment power, and the hospitality legacy of the Clarks Group to create a new generation of premium villa communities with solid investment potential.
