Ascott Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Investment Limited, has signed Citadines Udupi, a 104-key serviced residence in the Karnataka coastal belt, continuing its expansion throughout India's rapidly growing hospitality and lodging industry. This will be Ascott's fourth property in the state.

Situated strategically between Mangaluru (40 km) and Udupi (25 km), the property is well-placed to service leisure as well as business travelers.

The corridor is quickly becoming a hub, featuring eco-tourism landmarks like Blue Flag beaches alongside large industrial clusters like Suzlon Hi-Tech SEZ, Padubidri Industrial Park, and New Mangalore Port Trust.
