Arkade Developers Limited has outlined an ambitious growth roadmap for 2026, announcing plans to launch five residential projects throughout the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) that have an overall revenue potential of more than Rs 3,700 crores.
The company will spend almost Rs 2,500 crores on these developments and continue its strategic focus on micro-markets in which there is a high demand.
Key Highlights
The upcoming launches will be located in Goregaon, Thane, Borivali, Malad, and Santa Cruz, and have an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of more than Rs 3,700 crores for the calendar year.
The developer stated that conditions for the real estate sector are still positive, with a continued trend of decreasing interest rates leading to lower home loan EMI payments. As a result, buyer sentiment has been steadily improving, leading to an increase in the demand for premium homes.
