Arisinfra & Merusri Launch INR 250 Cr Villa Project on IVC Road

Arisinfra Solutions, with its subsidiary ArisUnitern RE Solutions (Unitern), has partnered with Bengaluru's Merusri Developers to bring to the market  Merusri Sunscape, a boutique luxury villa complex on IVC Road with a gross development value (GDV) of over Rs.250 crore.

Spanning 5.5 acres, the development will comprise 76 luxury villas of which 52 are being launched in Phase 1. The villas ranging between 2,410 sq. ft. and 3,850 sq. ft. will be available in 3- and 4-BHK options. The other 24 luxury units will be launched in a future phase.

With a saleable area of 235,000 sq. ft. and a development area of 275,000 sq. ft., the project is set to redefine luxury living in one of the country's most rapidly growing corridors in Bengaluru. The public launch date is August 30, preceded by a Channel Partner (CP) event on August 27-28, which is likely to be attended by more than 500 partners.

The project, completed fully RERA-compliant with financial closure realized, will be handled end-to-end by Unitern, including execution, sales, CRM, collections, and handover. Construction will be completed in 30 to 36 months.
