The Known Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor and his son Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor have bought a luxury flat in upscale Bandra West in Mumbai for Rs.5 crore, property registration papers show.
The deal, seen on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra by real estate portal Square Yards, was finalized in August 2025.
The flat, situated in The Smoky Hill CHS Ltd., has a carpet area of 970.71 sq. ft. (around 90 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 108.25 sq. m. (approximately 1,165 sq. ft.). The transaction also involves one allotted garage space. The transaction was subject to a stamp duty of Rs.30 lakh and a registration charge of Rs.30,000.
