The sale is part of Kumar’s ongoing real estate portfolio restructuring. Reports indicate that the actor had acquired the apartments several years ago at a significantly lower price, allowing him to realize substantial returns from the transactions. The properties are located within Oberoi Sky City, one of the prominent residential projects in Borivali East, a locality that has witnessed considerable appreciation in property values over the past few years.
Mumbai’s residential real estate market has continued to attract investments from celebrities, business leaders, and high-net-worth individuals, with premium projects in suburban locations witnessing strong demand. Industry experts attribute the growth to improved infrastructure, enhanced connectivity, and increasing interest in luxury and premium housing segments.
