Accor has announced the signing of Novotel Vrindavan, marking a key milestone in the Group’s expansion across North India. Scheduled to open in 2029, the property will be a 150-key new-build hotel developed across 6,222 square metres.

The hotel will deliver a contemporary hospitality experience aligned with the brand’s Longevity Everyday philosophy, designed to help guests maintain balance between work, personal life, and family life.

Managed by Accor, the property is strategically positioned to capture year-round demand driven by pilgrimage tourism, destination weddings, and large-format events.

The hotel will have an estimated total gross floor area of approximately 14,000 square metres, with a strong focus on the meetings and events segment. Facilities will include a 1,000 square metre ballroom and multiple meeting rooms, enabling the property to host conferences, social gatherings, and large celebrations.

In addition to its event infrastructure, Novotel Vrindavan will feature a comprehensive hospitality offering. Guests can access an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge and bar, and a specialty restaurant. Wellness and recreation amenities will include a fitness centre, spa facilities, and a swimming pool, creating a holistic environment that supports rest, movement, and meaningful social connection.

The hotel is being developed by Girijas Retreat Private Limited.
