Abhee Ventures Buys 45 Acres for Luxury Township in BLR

Abhee Ventures, one of South India’s fastest-growing real estate developers, has acquired a 45-acre prime land parcel in Gunjur, East Bengaluru, to develop a large luxury residential township.

The acquisition marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy and underlines its strong confidence in Bengaluru’s expanding eastern corridor.

The proposed township is planned as a next-generation, master-planned luxury community, featuring premium residences, expansive green landscapes, and world-class lifestyle amenities.

Ahead of the project launch, Abhee Ventures has engaged Ashwinder R. Singh, signaling its ambition to join Bengaluru’s institutionally run Category A developers. The move reflects the company’s belief in building enduring brands through repeatable systems, product clarity, governance, disciplined distribution, and credible project delivery.

Singh brings extensive leadership experience across India’s residential real estate sector, having served as CEO of JLL Residential, co-founder and first CEO of ANAROCK, and CEO (Residential) at Bhartiya City. He is also Chairman of the CII Real Estate Committee, co-founder of BCD ROYALE, and Vice Chairman of BCD Group.
