Scheduled to open on January 15, 2026, Minorii represents a key milestone in the resort’s phased hospitality rollout.
Positioned as a vegetarian all-day dining restaurant in Bhilwara, Minorii will offer a thoughtfully curated à la carte menu, featuring a blend of Indian vegetarian cuisine and international vegetarian dishes.
Designed to serve guests throughout the day, the restaurant aims to balance variety with familiarity, appealing to both in-house resort guests and local diners in Bhilwara.

Conceptualised as a casual dining space, Minorii has been crafted to provide a calm and welcoming ambience, reinforcing The Aaureum’s focus on comfort-led luxury. According to Yash Singhvi, Director, Yash Real Mart Pvt. Ltd., the vision behind Minorii was to create a vegetarian diner in Bhilwara that delivers diversity in flavours while retaining a sense of approachability.
