Aatman Innovations Buys INR 113 Cr Flat at Lodha Avalon Juhu

In one of Mumbai’s biggest luxury housing transactions, Aatman Innovations Pvt Ltd, led by director Heena Rakhil Wadhwa, has purchased a premium apartment in Lodha Avalon, Juhu, for Rs.113.42 crore, according to property documents accessed by Zapkey.

The transaction is for a 9,860 sq ft apartment on the 10th floor of Tower B and five car parking bays. The value of the property is Rs.1.15 lakh per sq ft, and Rs.6.8 crore stamp duty has been paid on the deal.

The Lodha Avalon development is being undertaken by Lodha Developers Ltd on the plot parcel that was previously owned by the iconic Centaur Hotel, which had been purchased by the company in advance.

The development will be ready by September 2028 and will have two luxury towers that are intended to be "mansions by the sea," aimed at ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

“This acquisition highlights the strong appetite for marquee sea-facing residences in Mumbai’s prime neighborhoods, particularly Juhu, which combines exclusivity with lifestyle appeal.” said a Mumbai-based luxury real estate consultant.

The development boasts one of the largest stretches of sea-facing frontage in Juhu, making it a highly sought-after residential destination. According to Lodha, Avalon will set new benchmarks in luxury living, design, and exclusivity for India’s top-end housing segment.

This transaction comes hot on the heels of another record sale in Worli, where USV pharmaceutical major chairperson Leena Gandhi Tewari bought two duplex apartments facing the sea for Rs.703 crore , highlighting the pace of the super-luxury housing market in Mumbai.
