8fold by LaRiSa Expands with New Hotels in Goa and UP

8fold by LaRiSa, a mid-market hospitality brand under LaRiSa Hotels and Resorts, is expanding its footprint with new hotels in Siolim (Goa) and Basti (Uttar Pradesh), along with a management contract in Lucknow.

These additions will bring the brand’s presence to six destinations, complementing its existing hotels in Bhimtal, Jibhi, and Shimla.

The Siolim property, set to open in October 2025, will feature 15 stylish rooms, a serene pool, and warm hospitality amidst the natural charm of the Chapora River.

The Basti hotel, designed for business travelers, families, and wedding groups, will offer 30 well-appointed rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces. Meanwhile, the Lucknow hotel, located in Hazratganj, is under redevelopment and will feature a restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities, with an opening planned for mid-2026.
