Leela Palaces Forms New Subsidiary for Luxury Hotels Expansion

Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts has set up a new company they fully own. This is to help them grow bigger in the fancy hotel business.

The new company is called Leela Imperial Suites Private Ltd. It will own, run, and build nice hotels and resorts using The Leela name. The government officially approved this new company on January 5, 2026.

Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts owns all of the new company, along with some people who hold shares for them. This means they have complete control.
