B-Right Real Estate Limited has established a joint venture with Ayyappa Developer Private Limited (Shreenathji Group) to create a high-end residential development in Mumbai which will help the company expand its presence in the city's upscale housing market.
The partnership was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The joint venture will develop Celestial Heights Phase II, a luxury residential project located on S.V. Road, Malad (West), within Village Malad, Taluka Borivali.
