Oz by Kebapci Unveils a Bold New Menu That Celebrates the True Soul of Turkish Cuisine

Oz by Kebapci, the premium Turkish culinary destination known for bringing the refined Turkish flavours to India, is proud to announce the launch of its all-new menu. With a renewed focus on traditional recipes with modern plating, the offerings spotlight regional delicacies rarely seen outside Turkiye, alongside beloved favourites, creating a menu that is as adventurous as it is comforting.

At the heart of this menu lies a celebration of lesser-known Turkish dishes—deeply rooted in history, tradition, and regional character.

With this new menu, we’ve gone beyond kebaps to showcase the rich culinary diversity of Turkiye,” says Aasim Shah & Adeeb Shah, Founders, Kebapci Group. “We want our diners to experience what it’s like to sit at a table in Gaziantep or Izmir, and discover dishes (including some unique vegetarian dishes) that even seasoned Turkish food lovers may not have tried.”

Among the standout dishes is

  • Signature Bayildi – a decadent roasted eggplant creation topped with muhammara, tahini yogurt, garlic yogurt, and crunchy walnuts.
  • Pul Biber Dolmas - Smoked Turkish chili peppers delicately stuffed with herbed rice, nuts, and aromatic spices, offering a bold yet balanced burst of Anatolian flavor.
  • Kuzu Incik (Lamb Shank) – Slow-braised over wood fire, that promises a melt-in-the-mouth experience of savory bliss
  • Testi Kebap - Slow-cooked for over 6 hours in a wood-fire oven and served in a sealed clay pot, brings tableside drama and rich flavour which has a variation in Vegetarian as well.
  • Hünkâr Beğendi, a smoky roasted eggplant purée topped with slow-cooked lamb, harks back to the Ottoman palaces.
  • Kuzu Tandir, a dish of fall-off-the-bone lamb shoulder that has been slow-cooked for hours, perfumed with earthy spices and served over orzo or flatbread.

A Nod to the Classics: Fans of Turkish staples won’t be disappointed. Oz continues to serve its signature Antep Kebap, delicate Imam Bayıldı, and crisp, flavor-packed Lahmacun. The much-loved Pide — often called Turkish pizza — returns with bold new takes like the indulgent 4 Signature Cheese Pide. For something richer, the melt-in-your-mouth Lamb Asado Chops bring a slow-roasted at the table, fire-kissed depth, while the handcrafted Manti — Turkish dumplings in a garlicky yogurt sauce with spiced butter — offer a soulful, comforting finish.

Dessert lovers can look forward to Künefe, a cheese-filled pastry soaked in syrup with the cheese flown straight from Hatay, Turkiye, and Katmer, a comforting thin, buttery pastry filled with Antep pistachios and clotted cream, baked until crisp and golden.

The new menu is designed to cater to both the curious gastronome and the casual diner. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners alike will find a wide variety of options to explore—from robust mezze platters to hearty mains and traditional desserts.

In an era where global cuisines are often simplified to suit popular taste, Öz by Kebapçi’s new menu reclaims the soul of Turkish food in all its spice-laden, traditional techniques, yogurt-kissed, and fire-cooked glory.
