Sobha Launches Rs. 800 Cr Luxury Project in Greater Noida

Sobha Ltd, one of India’s premier real estate developers, has announced an investment of Rs. 800 crore to launch its first luxury residential project in Greater Noida, named ‘SOBHA Aurum’.

 The project, which marks the company’s fifth venture in the Delhi-NCR market, spans 3.46 acres and includes 420 premium apartments.With all necessary regulatory approvals secured, the development covers a saleable area of approximately 930,000 sq ft, with apartment prices ranging between Rs. 1 crore and Rs. 3.5 crore, translating to a base selling rate of around Rs. 14,000 per sq ft.

The company acquired the land parcel for approximately Rs. 160 crore through an auction. This project signals Sobha's strategic expansion into Greater Noida, building on its previous successes in Gurugram, where it has delivered landmark developments like Sobha International City on the Dwarka Expressway.

Sobha Ltd, headquartered in Bengaluru, has a national footprint and has delivered approximately 145 million sq ft of real estate since inception. With ‘SOBHA Aurum’, the company aims to tap into the growing demand for high-end residential spaces in the Delhi-NCR region, particularly as infrastructure and connectivity in Greater Noida continue to improve.
