This World Tequila Day, Ocho invites you to raise a glass – and make it your way. For an entire week, the city’s favourite speakeasy-style bar is turning up the heat with Tequila Semana – a limited-time, immersive tequila cocktail experience crafted tableside by your bartender, where the tequila doesn’t just burn — it blooms.

Translating to “Tequila Week,” Tequila Semana is all about flavour, flair, and personalization. Guests will be treated to a curated menu of tequila-forward cocktails, brought to life right at their table. What makes it even more special? You get to choose your own tequila to pour into the mix – adding your personal twist to every sip.

This exclusive Picante menu features four power-packed cocktails, shaken with house-made shrubs, fresh herbs, heat-touched ingredients, and your choice of tequila: 

Spiced Orchard

A savory, smoky cocktail with a slow-building heat and herbal finish — earthy tomato and basil meet the clean bite of vermouth and the smoothness of agave - like a garden in flames.

Verde Valiente

A fresh and fiery concoction where crisp cucumber and kaffir lime balance the warmth of chili and jalapeño, with Reposado adding depth and body - like biting into a green firecracker

Muskadelic

Juicy musk melon and citrusy lemongrass shine in this bright, refreshing cocktail, with a gentle heat from jalapeño and a tart edge from Supasawa - it’s like a psychedelic sip of summer.

Paloma Meets Picante

A zesty and herbaceous twist on the classic Paloma, where grapefruit and lime mingle with fresh cilantro and jalapeño for a spicy, effervescent finish - it’s like sunshine in a glass with a wild side.

Each cocktail offers a dynamic interplay of heat, acidity, herbal depth, and citrus brightness. These cocktails are meticulously crafted to complement the bold, smoky, and spice-laced flavours of Ocho’s progressive Latin American and modern Mexican fare. Think tacos, smoked meats, charred corn and grilled flatbreads—each dish elevated with the perfect citrusy, spicy, or herbaceous cocktail pairing.
