In a rare cross-continental collaboration, OCHO has secured mixology powerhouse Samy Rathnayake, Bar Manager of Sexy Fish Dubai, to bring Sexy Fish's theatrical presentations and bold flavor profiles to Mumbai's cocktail connoisseurs.
This marks the first time Sexy Fish's distinctive cocktail experience will be available in India, offering locals a taste of international mixology excellence without boarding a flight.
The exclusive one-night event will feature Rathnayake's masterful interpretation of Sexy Fish's signature style, with a specially curated menu developed specifically for OCHO. The highlight of the evening will be the introduction of UNITY – an innovative cocktail concept that celebrates inclusivity and connection through exceptional drinks. The menu features both spirited and spirit-free options, ensuring every guest experiences extraordinary flavors regardless of their drinking preferences.

With 17 years of luxury bar experience, Samy Rathnayake has been instrumental in establishing Sexy Fish Dubai as a global cocktail destination. He is recognised in the 2022 Caterer Middle East Bartender Power List and is also the winner of the Johnnie Walker Black Label Global Bartender Challenge 2023 (Asia and Australasia). Known for his infectious charm and technical precision, Rathnayake has pioneered the "Amigos de COYA" guest bartending program across multiple continents. His ability to create memorable drinking experiences through both exceptional cocktails and warm hospitality has earned him international acclaim.
