Yugen Infra has launched two landmark projects within its flagship township, Yugen Golf City, strategically located near Goa’s MOPA International Airport.
The company announced a partnership with legendary South African cricketer and India’s 2011 World Cup-winning coach, Gary Kirsten, along with Russel Symcox of GK Investments. They will serve in strategic advisory roles for the township’s Cricket Villa project and True North International School. The Cricket Front Villas project will feature 30 exclusive residences overlooking cricket grounds, designed to merge India’s deep passion for the sport with premium living standards.
Key Highlights
“Partnering with Gary Kirsten is more than a business move; it’s a celebration of India’s cricketing soul. These villas symbolise a dream, where the spirit of the game lives in every breath and breeze,” said Sheeshram Yadav, Managing Director, Yugen Infra.
Gary Kirsten said he’s excited to be part of this groundbreaking development: “We are inspired by strong leadership that prioritises quality education and high-performance sport, which is why we’re partnering on this incredible development. This is a really impactful collaboration. We're excited to be a part of something that’s set to have such a positive impact.”
The second initiative, True North International School, is an Asia-first residential institution offering dual-track education—world-class academics combined with elite sports training. Developed with True North Group, the 10-acre campus will integrate competitive sports like cricket and chess into the curriculum. Yadav emphasised that the goal is to prepare students for both careers and life by fostering discipline and curiosity.
