YEIDA launched RPS-09/2025 as their new housing scheme to provide reasonably priced residential plots adjacent to Jewar Airport and Noida International Airport in Greater Noida.
RPS-09/2025 represents this scheme which welcomes applications from individual purchasers as well as farmers industrial workers and non-resident Indians. The project consists of 276 residential plots measuring 200 square meters which are situated in Sector-18 Pocket-9B along the Yamuna Expressway. The possession of land by YEIDA is complete while development activities will unfold throughout the next five years.
The authorities will assign 90-year leases exclusively for residential purposes to each plot. Several conditions regulate the minimum price which stands at Rs. 35,000 per sq. mtr. Plots with certain special locations like corner positions, facing parks and bordering expands roads receive a five percent bonus rate. According to official statements possession of the plots will begin five years from when the development project finishes construction. Major infrastructure developments keep the scheme in high demand as its main selling point.
YEIDA forecasts future connectivity growth between Jewar Airport and Noida International Airport and the upcoming Film City so the area becomes an appealing opportunity for homeowners with long-term views. All lot distribution during the allotment process will happen in an open and fair manner via random selection. YEIDA has created specific provisions in its scheme for farmers whose land and ‘functional industrial units’ obtained YEIDA acquisition which enable them to participate in project benefits.
