YEIDA's most-expected Housing plot Scheme is Back with Bang - Check the offers!

After neglecting to draw in purchasers in its past tender, the YEIDA - Yamuna Expressway Industrial development Authority has re-introduced its group housing plan and put on discounted six plots for sale in area 22D along the Yamuna Expressway close to Noida International Air terminal. 

As indicated by authorities, the YEIDA is taking a look at an income of at least Rs. 450 crore from the distribution of these group housing scheme. 

The last time the YEIDA had distributed this group housing plots was in 2014 yet following nine years in September 2023, it had launched a group housing scheme yet no bidders had adjusted up with the plan. As well, the housing plots from the scheme are obtainable in diverse categories that meets the exact requirements of the homebuyers. 

The plots sizes are varies, such as four are 20,000 sqm & last one is 40,000 sqm as it larger from others.

So long as the cost of plots is troubled, YEIDA has declared that these housing plots under the scheme are being purchased at between Rs. 61.5 crore & Rs. 135.3 crore. Also 10 percent of the plot price will be for the registration charges or EMD - Earnest Money Deposit registration sum.

The official spokesperson from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial development Authority subjected to this matter says, “The last date of registration and fee submission is May 20. This time we are hopeful of getting good response from bidders for these six group housing plots”.
