It has good physical access through road, rail and metro, and it is close to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. The area is well located and near to the key business centres such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), SEEPZ, and Lower Parel. This closeness drives the market on both commercial and residential houses as the working population wants to stay in houses near their workplace and the businesses take advantage of being near major commercial centers.
