The Right Life a Township Project Receives Gold Rating from IGBC for Sustainable Excellence

This recognition underscores the company’s commitment to creating sustainable, future-ready communities that promote healthier living and environmental responsibility.

The IGBC Green Homes Rating system is a nationally recognized benchmark that evaluates residential projects based on their commitment to environmental sustainability and resource efficiency.

A Precertified Gold Rating indicates that a project has proactively met and often exceeded critical sustainability thresholds during its design and planning phase, demonstrating that the built environment will have lower environmental impact throughout its lifecycle.

The Right Life earned its Gold Precertification through a combination of forward-thinking planning and deep environmental integration.
