Sumadhura Group is set to launch six high-end residential projects in East and North Bengaluru during fiscal year 2026. This move could bring estimated Rs 10,000 crore in revenue.
These new projects will cover more than 8 million square feet of saleable space, offering over 4,000 homes. This includes more than 400 plotted properties. These projects, spread across nearly 90 acres, are well-placed in areas like Whitefield, Panathur, and Marathahalli–Thubarahalli in East Bengaluru, and Rachenahalli and Devanahalli in North Bengaluru.

Some of the projects ready to launch are Folium by Sumadhura Phase 4 in Whitefield, Sumadhura Edition in Siddapura, and Sumadhura Solace in Thubarahalli, all of which are RERA-approved. Also planned for launch by the end of FY26 are Sumadhura Elysium at Panathur, Solea by Sumadhura at Rachenahalli, and Sumadhura Panorama Phase 2 at Devanahalli.

The company plans to put Rs 2,000 crore into new home launches in FY26. This includes plotted properties in Devanahalli, costing between Rs 75 lakh and Rs 2 crore, as well as mid-range projects in Whitefield, Outer Ring Road, and near Manyata Tech Park.
Madhusudhan Gunda , Chairman and Managing Director, Sumadhura Group, stated that the company will keep its focus on the mid-market, with apartment prices from Rs 1.25 crore to Rs 3 crore, but also look at luxury homes up to Rs 7–8 crore.
Sumadhura Group is thinking about expanding into Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, and Goa. They'll start with mid-to-premium residential projects before looking at other types of properties.
