Delhi-NCR based listed real estate developer Signature Global will be taking its housing pipeline in FY26 worth Rs. 17,000 crore adding close to 10 million sq ft fresh inventory with a significant focus on Gurugram.

In this regard, we have already stood up projects costing Rs. 4, 000 crore totaling over 1.8 million sq ft. The rest or 7.5-8 million sq ft with a pricing of 12,000-13,000 crore is set to be launched by next festive season. These will comprise the 3.5-4 million sq ft development on the Dwarka Expressway and approximately 4 million sq ft on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR),” Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal said.

The pre-sales of the company are 12,500 crore and homebuyer collections of 6,000 crore in the current fiscal year. It is necessary to note that Signature Global reported record sales bookings to 10,290 crores in 2024-25 and has issued a target of 12,500 crores in the current financial year.

Though Signature Global had positioned its brand as an affordable housing brand, it is increasingly finding the price band of 2-5 crore more viable. Four years ago the same houses distributed 80 lakh 1 crore, but now the same house is quoted at over 2 crore. We have adjusted to it,” he answered.

Although Gurugram is the key market of the business, the developer is getting set to increase its reach further in Delhi and Noida.

Aggarwal replied that there is a no present company presence in Delhi when asked about plans in the city. But Signature global is looking forward to expand in New Delhi and exploring the L- Zone around the airport where the rate may fall between 15,000-20,000 Rupees per square feet. Rohini is one of the prospective mid-income housing destinations that the company is investigating as well provided there is no ambiguity in government policy.
