Shubhashish Homes has taken a significant step in its multi-city expansion strategy by finalizing an agreement for a 32-acre township project in Indore, marking its first major venture outside Rajasthan.
The land parcel, located in a rapidly developing corridor, is set to become one of Indore’s landmark residential townships, with initial planning and design already underway.
The launch timeline, expected within three to five months, is subject to regulatory approvals. This move reflects the company’s long-term confidence in Indore’s growth potential and rising demand for well-planned, future-ready communities.
Key Highlights
The Indore entry aligns with Shubhashish Homes’ broader expansion into key markets, including upcoming projects in Mumbai and Prayagraj slated for FY 2026–27. This growth momentum is supported by a robust development pipeline and evolving homebuyer preferences for cleaner air, community-focused layouts, and energy-efficient features — elements already embedded into the developer’s flagship Jaipur projects such as Shubhashish Geeta and Shubhashish Prakash.
The company has built over one million sq. ft., is currently constructing five million sq. ft., and has another 1.5 million sq. ft. under planning, underscoring its rising presence in India’s urban residential sector.
