Shapoorji Pallonji Unveils Luxury Housing Project in Gurugram - The Dualis

The Dualis, a posh residential complex in Sector 46, Gurugram, has been launched by Mumbai-based Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) in collaboration with Kreeva (Kanodia Real Estate Venture Arm) and ASK Property Fund. around the following five years, the initiative is expected to bring in around Rs. 1,400 crore.

According to a statement released by the SPRE, Kreeva, and ASK consortium, The Dualis, which will rise to a height of about 150 meters, will rank among the highest residential buildings in the region. The project has 60,000 square feet of amenity space in addition to two towers housing 198 opulent 3- and 4-bedroom apartments with saleable areas ranging from 2,850 to 3,600 square feet (sq ft).

The developers asserted that both end users and investors seeking long-term capital growth and a robust rental yield are anticipated to show a great deal of interest in the Dualis.

Furthermore, after the opening of Joyville Gurugram in Sector 102, this is SPRE's second project in the Gurugram market.
