Phase-II of Sattva Group's upscale plotted development, Sattva Kaveri Siri, in Mandya, Karnataka, has begun, bringing 477 residential plots spread across 22 acres.
Mandya's development as a well-known lifestyle destination, fueled by expanding infrastructure and natural attractiveness, is at a turning point. Following the success of Phase I, which sold out almost all 652 plots within months of introduction, the announcement was made.
Mandya, and more especially the Sakkare Nadu region, has emerged as a new hotspot for high-end plotted developments in Karnataka due to its rapid absorption and strong capital returns. The Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway, which has drastically shortened travel times between cities and unlocked Mandya's potential as a major hub inside what analysts refer to as a "golden corridor" of real estate possibilities, is driving this change. The district is one of the state's fastest-growing non-metro markets due to a spike in property registrations.
By incorporating environmentally friendly design elements like native species corridors and cutting-edge water conservation systems, Kaveri Siri Phase II complements Karnataka's Sustainable Growth Initiative. The project has groundwater stability and cooler temperatures than urban areas since it are tucked away in Sakkare Nadu's four-river basin. The development, which stands out for prioritizing the community, devotes about one-third of its land to green areas and public facilities, going above and beyond the requirements of the law.
