  • Property prices in Madh Island have doubled to Rs. 30,000 per sq. ft

Mishra joins playback singer Jubin Nautiyal, who purchased a 34th-floor four-bedroom apartment in the same building for Rs. 4.94 crore in December 2024, underlining the area’s growing appeal among Bollywood celebrities.

Madh Island, located in Malad and neighbouring Versova, has witnessed a surge in property demand, with prices nearly doubling in recent years to about Rs. 30,000 per sq. ft. The growth is largely attributed to upcoming infrastructure projects, including a planned road bridge connecting Madh Island to Versova and the Bandra-Versova Sea Link, part of the Mumbai Coastal Road project.
