
Prestige Group has inaugurated The Prestige City, Sarjapur, a large-scale integrated township spread across more than 200 acres in Sarjapura, East Bengaluru.

With a projected development area exceeding 14 million square feet, The Prestige City ranks among the largest mixed-use townships ever launched in Bengaluru. Once fully completed, the township is designed to accommodate over 7,700 families, offering a self-sustained urban environment tailored for modern city living.

The master plan integrates multiple residential formats, including more than 8,200 apartments across premium high-rise towers, 149 luxury villas, and 808 villa plots. Complementing the residential offering is over one million square feet of retail development, anchored by Forum Mall, alongside sports complexes, clubhouses, wellness zones, and expansive landscaped green spaces.
Designed for seamless mobility, the township features over 10 kilometres of internal roadways, pedestrian-friendly zoning and intelligent traffic planning. Located on Sarjapur Road, the project offers strong connectivity to Sarjapur–Bellandur, Marathahalli–Outer Ring Road, and Whitefield.

Electric vehicle charging facilities across residential zones further reinforce the township’s emphasis on future-ready, environmentally responsible urban development.
