There are complaints to the authorities that illegal farmhouses and residential plots are being sold in the city's designated areas for development. A crackdown against illegal construction in Nagli Wajidpur and Kondli village land has been launched by the authority.
The buyers have been warned to steer clear of any kind of transaction in the project that hasn't been approved by the Noida governing body. Lokesh M, Chief Executive Officer, Noida authority, said, "And if they do so then they themselves will be responsible for the consequences."
Many illegal constructions, including multi-story mixed-use buildings built on land parcels in Village Nagli Wajidpur, located along one of the city's main thoroughfares, have been identified and warned about by the authority. The authority confirmed that action against violators is underway and that the public must not buy an apartment, shop or residential plot in these projects developed without legal approval.
The authority is also focusing on Kondli village, where several structures have been constructed by land gangs. To determine further action, a thorough report on these structures has been requested from the concerned work circle (area supervised by the authority).
