Nimbus Realty has launched a pioneering clean-air homes initiative at its premium residential project, Nimbus The Arista Luxe on the Noida Expressway.
The developer has installed a hospital-grade in-residence air purification system, designed to maintain indoor air quality below an AQI of 50, significantly enhancing resident well-being in one of India’s most pollution-prone regions.
The company stated that this advanced system—implemented at a cost of nearly Rs. 10 crore—is supplied by MeVaChi and uses a multi-stage air treatment process.

This includes a medical-grade HEPA filtration layer, similar to those utilized in hospitals, to ensure that incoming outside air is thoroughly purified before entering living spaces. According to Nimbus Realty, the system’s output often aligns with WHO-recommended air quality levels, and it is engineered to absorb harmful gases and odours originating from traffic corridors, drains, and landfills.
Sahil Agarwal, CEO, Nimbus Realty, says: “The air inside a home should not merely circulate; it should be renewed and made clean. At the moment this technology is being offered only at Nimbus The Arista Luxe, and other projects are being studied for possible inclusion.”

Nimbus The Arista Luxe, located in Sector 168, Noida, offers spacious 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments, duplexes, and penthouses ranging from 2,353 sq ft to over 5,000 sq ft. The project follows a low-density design, with only two apartments per floor, enhancing privacy for residents in its premium towers. This clean-air initiative positions Nimbus Realty among the first developers in Noida to introduce wellness-centric residential technology at this scale.
