Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors Targets Rs. 4,000 Crore Housing Sales

To keep its business growing, the Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors will continue to make land purchases under the Rustomjee brand. According to Boman Irani, CMD, the real estate company wants to achieve sales of housing projects worth Rs. 4,000 crore in the present fiscal year, with an annual growth rate of 32 percent, given the ongoing popularity of top brands.

He pointed out that the company recorded sales bookings of Rs. 400 crore above the projected amount for the year, confirming a rise of 34 percent to Rs. 3,028 crore in the previous fiscal year.

Because there has been high demand for medical supplies since the COVID epidemic, the company has introduced several new programs over the past 1.5 months and it expects to launch many more before the end of this fiscal year.

Last year, the corporation initiated projects worth Rs. 5,000 crore and this amount will be exceeded when the fiscal year from 2025 to 2026 is complete. To expand its business, Keystone Realtors will continue to acquire land lots. Activities involved in construction would become more expensive.

Sales potential for the nine land lots bought by Keystone Realtors in 2024 and 2025 is predicted to reach Rs. 4,783 crore in the coming years. Irani announced that the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and a few other cities in Maharashtra will be the center of the company’s growth.

Keystone Realtors is responsible for the construction of 16 projects, having already completed 37 others. The business has already completed over 26 million square feet of construction space, even though it currently has more than 40 million square feet underway.

"We have achieved steady and consistent growth during the last 2024-25 fiscal and surpassed all our guidance. We have given a pre-sales guidance of Rs. 4,000 crore for the current fiscal and we are confident of achieving that," Irani said.
