Mirzapur actor Shweta Tripathi has purchased a 3 BHK apartment worth Rs.3 crore in Mumbai’s Chembur area, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The apartment is located on the 9th floor of Supreme Boulevard, a premium residential project by Mumbai-based developer Supreme Universal.
The 938 sq ft flat was registered on 2 July 2025. The deal involved the payment of Rs.15 lakh as stamp duty and Rs.30,000 as registration charges. Following the policy of the Maharashtra government, which provides a concession on stamp duty for women homeowners, Tripathi used the facility during the registration. Two car parking spaces have also been taken in the purchase.
Key Highlights:
For Rs.32,000 per sq ft, the deal mirrors increasing demand for the realty of Chembur, which has witnessed a bout of high-profile deals in recent times. Most significantly, listed developer Godrej Properties hogged the spotlight with the deal to acquire Raj Kapoor's legendary studio and bungalow in the same neighborhood.

"Chembur is emerging as a hot spot for high-end real estate, and big names investing here further establish the destination's growth path," a city-based realty consultant not involved in the deal said.
Tripathi, whose breakout role was Golu Gupta in Amazon Prime's Mirzapur, has consistently worked towards establishing a reputation of casting bold, non-traditional characters. In 2025, she also entered filmmaking as a producer with the goal of backing content that goes against the norm and provokes conversation.
