Carnival by Trèsind, the city’s acclaimed modern Indian dining destination known for blending culinary innovation with immersive storytelling, is proud to unveil “Journey of Life”—a deeply personal, three-part cocktail experience menu designed to transport guests through the universal phases of life. This multi-sensory experience is curated by Rahul Kamath, the restaurant’s award-winning Head Mixologist, whose craft is rooted in memory, metaphor, and emotional connection.

“Journey of Life” is not merely a tasting—it's a narrative in three chapters. Each cocktail is thoughtfully imagined to mirror key emotional milestones we all encounter, using flavour as the language of storytelling. With elements of nostalgia, chaos, and choice, this experience connects drinkers to the lives they’ve lived and the moments that have defined them. 

Much like the restaurant’s signature style, this cocktail menu embraces the spirit of Carnival—vivid, unexpected, and emotionally resonant. 

Milked (The beginning you didn’t choose)

A whimsical yet indulgent opening to the journey, Milked revisits the innocence of childhood—where comfort was king and choices were few. Crafted with White Rum, Charred Pineapple, Toasted Coconut Liqueur, and Clarified Cerelac Milk, it captures the warmth of memory with a grown-up twist that surprises and soothes in equal measure.

It’s Complicated (The chaos you couldn’t control)

As life unfolds, it rarely follows a script. It’s Complicated pays homage to the unpredictability of growth, relationships, and adulting. A bold mix of Tequila, Pickled Plum, Fresh Orange Juice, Sparkling Water, and a Tajin rim delivers a punchy, tangy, and slightly spicy experience—chaotic, intense, and unforgettable.

The Happy Ending (The ending you finally get to decide)

Life comes full circle with a toast to freedom and joy. Served live, The Happy Ending puts the final decision in the guest’s hands—just like life itself. Begin with a base of Lemon Sorbet and Sparkling Wine, then select your preferred in-house liqueur from White Chocolate, Hazelnut, Coconut, or Orange. It’s fresh, effervescent, and celebratory—a reminder that the best endings are the ones you write yourself.
